1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all orders placed on getstickerz.eu. By placing an order you accept these GTC in full. The contract language is Hungarian; contracts are not filed in writing by the Seller.
2. Products & prices
GetStickerz sells custom-printed stickers made to each customer's specifications (size, material, shape, cut, lamination). All prices are shown in HUF and include 27% VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect already-confirmed orders.
3. Ordering process
Configure your stickers, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout. After successful payment you will receive an automated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A second email (our acceptance) creates the binding contract. If requested, we will send a print preview before production begins.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No card data is stored on our servers.

The general fulfilment deadline is 30 days from order confirmation. Production time (Normal 5–7, Fast 3–4, Express 1–2 business days) is in addition to carrier transit time.
6. Right of withdrawal
Because our stickers are personalised products manufactured to your specifications, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under Government Decree 45/2014 §29(1)(c) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c). If your order is defective or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
7. Warranty & guarantee
Accessory warranty (kellékszavatosság): Defects must be reported promptly. Within 1 year of delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (consumer contracts). Claims expire 2 years from delivery.
Product liability (termékszavatosság): Claims against the manufacturer for defects must be made within 2 years of the product being placed on the market.
Statutory guarantee (jótállás): Applies to durable goods listed in Government Decree 151/2003, with a minimum guarantee period of 2 years for products priced between HUF 10,000 and 250,000, and 3 years above HUF 250,000.
8. Complaints
Written complaints: hello@getstickerz.eu or 1096 Budapest, Sobieski János utca 2–4. We respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may contact the competent consumer protection authority or a conciliation board (bekeltetes.hu). Online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Governing law
Hungarian law applies. Key legislation: Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act CLV of 1997 (Consumer Protection), Government Decree 45/2014, Government Decree 373/2021, and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
